How to get help with Successions/Title Clearing Issues.

Contact Jovandra Larks at the New Orleans office at (504) 529-1000, ext. 274. We ask that you call first if your problem is not an emergency. If you have filed a Road Home application, be sure to have your Road Home application number.

If you have an emergency:

If you have an housing emergency, we will see you as soon as we can. Click here to find the office nearest you. When you come in, bring with you all papers you have about your problem.  

If you can't come in

If you are disabled or you cannot travel to one of our offices, call us to arrange a telephone intake interview.   

Emergencies

You can lose important rights by waiting too long to get help.  If you have an emergency (such as a deadline for clearing a title or a missing co-owner), call our nearest office and explain.  If you have an emergency and cannot reach us by phone, come to the office nearest you with all the papers about your problem.
