Our co-director, Mark Moreau, spoke at two seminars at the November 2007 National Legal Aid & Defender Association annual conference in Tucson, Arizona.

Mr. Moreau served as a speaker for the Preparing a Disaster Plan for Legal Services Programs and Capacity Building: Challenges and Opportunities seminars chaired by the national Legal Services Corporation Program Counsel, John Eidleman and Willie Abrams. Mr. Moreau's speech at the latter seminar focused on how Southeast Louisiana Legal Services rebuilt its capacities after the Hurricane Katrina disaster.
